Pick-up available for local orders!

All sales are final for all scratch and dent Items.

No refunds/returns on custom made / to order products (Halters, Bridles etc), unless product has defects due to manufacturing.

Please let us know about the defect directly upon receiving the product so we can correct it.

 

We adhere to a fifteen (15) day return or exchange policy for all of our merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, with all of the original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund.

If you would like to make an exchange or return, you will need to contact us within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your order. Failure to do so will void your right to a refund or exchange. Items without the original tags and packaging may only be exchanged upon approval or returned for conditional store credit only

 

Cancelled orders

An order may be canceled only before the package has not been shipped out. Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled. 

Customers may contact us to return the package at their cost with a return authorization request, if they do not need the order.

 

Non deliverable address 


Packages must be shipped to correct deliverable addresses only. For all packages shipped out by us with an incorrect or non-deliverable address provided by the customers, and returned to us, a return postage will apply for which customers will be responsible. A re-shipping fee will also apply to reship the package. If the returned order is canceled by the customer, a refund will be issued less the postage both ways.

 

Return Authorization

To return items, please email or call us and we'll be in contact with you as soon as possible.

 

Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, please be sure to note the following items:

  1. All items should be returned using the original packaging. If this is not possible, please include as much of the original packaging as possible.

  2. ALL shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If exchanging an item, Swedish Equine Co may discount shipping up to 50 % of the original amount paid. This is up to Swedish Equine Co discretion. In case of returns for orders with free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund issued. 

 

"Return" must be written on the outside package where it is clearly visible. We do not accept any packages.

Privacy Policy

Any personal identifying information you provide to Swedish Equine Co via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of Swedish Equine Co.

We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Swedish Equine Co without the permission of the customer.

 

We will maintain a database of customers in order to make them aware of new products and services offered by Swedish Equine Co. Any questions regarding our privacy policy should be sent to our email.

 

We care about the privacy of our visitors and customers and we actively enforce this policy.
